To aid to the functioning of the management systems, KMS provides a
complete range of wiring looms and connectors. See pricelist for part
numbers and prices.
Custom made wiring looms
Custom made wiring looms to suit customers specifications. The
lengths, connectors, etc, are tailored to customers specifications. The
following options can be provided:
- Up to 12 cylinders
- MP25(M), MA25(M) and MD35
- Staged or banked injection
- Direct fire
- Etc…
Basic wiring looms
Universal wiring looms with a length of ±3m for adjustment by customer. The following options can be supplied:
- Up to 12 cylinders
- IA23, FA23, MP25(M), MA25(M) and MD35
- Staged or banked injection
- Direct fire
- Etc…
Single function wires
All wires used for assembling the wiring looms, can be supplied
separately. Most wires are supplied with the connector pins attached.
Different functions are available:
- Lambda
- Injection
- Ignition
- Water temperature
- Air temperature
- Throttle position
- Map
- Crank

Single wires and accessories
As an aid to the standard functions wires and wiring loom, we also
provide all standard KMS wiring colours in various thicknesses.
Accessories such as heat shrink and braided sleeve are also available
for clean finishing of wiring looms.
Connectors
All connectors are supplied including seals and pins. A separate
crimping tool set is also available for the connectors and pins.
